Meetings

Talents Law offers services via this site in the form of Meetings (the “Meetings”). The Meetings may be discontinued, limited, or restricted at any time without notice. In addition, the description, price, or nature of the Meetings may be altered at any time without notice. Talents Law shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any change or termination of the Meetings.​

Your Use of the Site

Linking and Tagging

Framing is prohibited.

Linking and tagging is permitted to the Talents Law homepage and to blog posts only. Linking and tagging must be fair and legal. Linking is prohibited if it would damage or take advantage of Talent Law’s reputation or if the website on which the link appears contains threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, inflammatory, lewd, hate speech, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content. Talents Law is the intellectual property owner or licensee of this site and its content. This site and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

Limitation of Liability

TO FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT TALENTS LAW IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WASTED TIME, OR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITES. YOUR ONLY REMEDY AGAINST TALENTS LAW IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITES IS TO STOP USING THE SITE. IF TALENTS LAW IS FOUND TO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS WHICH IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, TALENT LAW'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Talents Law and its owners, managers, officers, directors, partners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or connected with your use of the Sites.

No Waiver

Failure on the part of Talents Law to enforce any part of these Terms shall not be interpreted as a waiver of any part of these Terms. No waiver of any part of these terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Talent Law.​

Governing Law and Venue‌

These Terms and your use of the Sites are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law principals. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a federal or local court in Florida. IN SUCH CASE, YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. You agree and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.​

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions.

Termination

Talents Law reserves the right to terminate your access to this site for any reason, at any time, and without notice. Talents Law will not be liable to you for any termination of your access to this site.
